Five Star Thai owes its name to the outstanding food and beverage service provided by our seasoned Executive Chefs. Chef Mongkol, a familiar name in Narrabeen, returns to the community after his remarkable journey with CHANG THAI, a beloved restaurant established in 2007. With eight years of experience at the prestigious Sofitel Central Plaza in Bangkok and over two decades in Sydney’s finest Thai kitchens, Chef Mongkol brings unparalleled expertise. Joining him is Peter Bass, a trusted family member and friend who shares his dedication to excellence.
